Inverse Bending

Inverse bending is a methodology for bending frames or plate. Inverse bending lines are scribed (if nested) or lofted onto the part in question, which are the inverse of the desired curvature. The frame or plate is then bent, rolled, or otherwise manipulated until the inverse bending line is straight.
